1. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following criteria:

  • Time Limit: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your original purchase date
  • Engineer Support Requirement: You must have had at least 3 support calls with our engineers to address any technical issues preventing you from deploying your application
  • Development Completion: The 30-day guarantee covers your ability to deploy a web application and run a mobile app in development tools (such as Xcode). App Store and Google Play Store approval times are not included in the 30-day timeframe
  • Purchase Verification: You must provide your original order number or email address used for purchase
  • Account Access: You must have accessed your course account and demonstrated good faith effort to complete the coursework
