Rapid App Academy provides an online educational course that teaches students how to build web and mobile applications using AI assistance. The Service includes:

  • Hands-on projects and exercises
  • Community access and support
  • Templates and code resources
  • Lifetime access to course materials

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information

  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. Intellectual Property

  • Video content, audio recordings, and written materials
  • Software tools and templates provided
  • Trademarks, service marks, and logos

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the course materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Payment and Refunds

Payment is due at the time of enrollment. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee as detailed in our Refund Policy, subject to specific conditions. By enrolling, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your selected course package
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Understand that refunds require at least 3 engineer support calls to resolve technical issues
  • Acknowledge that the 30-day guarantee covers web deployment and mobile development environment setup, not app store approvals
  • Comply with all terms outlined in our detailed Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility: To qualify for a refund, students must demonstrate good faith effort by scheduling at least 3 support calls with our engineering team. The guarantee covers successful deployment of web applications and setup of mobile development environments (e.g., Xcode), not external app store approval processes.

7. Course Access and Completion

Upon successful payment, you will receive lifetime access to the course materials. However, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice. Course completion certificates, if provided, are for personal use and do not constitute professional certification or accreditation.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, but these Terms will remain in effect regarding any prior use.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify users by email or through a prominent notice on our Service. Your continued use after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware.
